Welcome to Opulentia Suisse. This website is operated and managed by Da Costa Strategic Partner, a consultancy firm based in Switzerland. By accessing this website and our private brokerage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. The Intermediary Role
Opulentia Suisse, under the management of Da Costa Strategic Partner, acts exclusively as a private intermediary and facilitator.
We do not own the assets listed or discussed, nor do we act as a retail showroom.
Our role is to identify, source, and negotiate private mandates between Principals (Buyers) and Owners (Sellers).
Any transaction resulting from our intermediation is subject to a separate, formal Mandate Agreement.
2. Client Verification & KYC (Know Your Customer)
To maintain the integrity of our off-market ecosystem:
Access to sensitive asset data, serial numbers, or private viewings is strictly contingent upon identity verification and Proof of Funds (POF).
Da Costa Strategic Partner reserves the right to refuse service to any party that fails to meet our internal compliance and due diligence standards.
3. Strict Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure)
All information provided by Opulentia Suisse regarding "Off-Market" or "Private Treaty" assets is highly confidential.
Clients and partners agree not to disclose asset details, pricing, or provenance to any third party without explicit written authorization from Da Costa Strategic Partner.
Unauthorized circumvention of our intermediary role is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Swiss law.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we perform rigorous preliminary due diligence on all assets:
Technical descriptions, historical provenance, and valuations are based on information provided by the respective owners or third-party experts.
Da Costa Strategic Partner shall not be held liable for hidden defects, inaccuracies in seller-provided data, or the ultimate condition of the asset. We strongly recommend independent inspections for all high-value acquisitions.
5. Intellectual Property
The brands Vestigia, Torque Heritage, Patrimonia Domus, Antiqua Mundi, and Maison Rare Wines are proprietary subdivisions of the Opulentia Suisse ecosystem. All content, logos, and strategic structures are the intellectual property of Da Costa Strategic Partner.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Genebra.
All inquiries are handled confidentially and reviewed personally.
